Vince Fontaine is Feline Leukemia positive (FeLV+), which means there are a few additional requirements for his care: he must be an indoor only cat; he needs to be an only cat unless the other cat/s in the household are also FeLV+, and he needs access to routine and emergency veterinary care as he may be more susceptible to illness than a cat who is not carrying the virus would be.  He would be a great cat to add to your household if you already have a dog, as the virus is not transmissible across species. 



 




Foster mom says: Vince is playing more (aka hiding less) when people are in the room. He will be held calmly for 20-40 minutes, but then is ready to run and hide. He still will not approach people for attention but will approach our dog. We encourage Vince to come out of hiding by letting our dog in the room. Then Vince rubs all around our dog and is greeted with lots of licks and sniffs and we can then pick up Vince. We have never heard him hiss; he purrs a lot when being held.



All Brother Wolf animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations before adoption (if species appropriate).

Application and counseling is required prior to all adoptions.
